About the event
A classic ricotta cannolo ($3), a coffee-glazed cannolo with a maple/rosemary cream ($4), and a cannolo with coffee shell and chocolate cream ($4). The cannoli will be made by chef Nina Angellili, fried and filled fresh to order.
These cannoli events are brought to you by Pastry King, the new play by Scott Zenreich that will have its world premiere at the Wyly 6th Floor Studio Theater April 23 - May 5, 2019. Pastry King is proud to be part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center's 2018/19 Elevator Project Series.
A husband and wife open a pastry shop in the North End, making the best cannoli in Boston. But upon meeting their neighbor the Pastry King, one of the city’s most established restaurateurs, odd and terrible things start to happen. A play about blame, the strength of relationships, and the perfect ricotta recipe.
