Bill Brimer is an Americana songwriter from Dallas, Texas. His sparse and focused sound combines the traditions of country and folk singer-songwriters with ambient atmospherics. As a genuine storyteller, his songs mainly focus on the struggles of damaged characters but sometimes include paranormal elements. The stories balance the sorrowful and the hopeful with themes of love, mortality, and addiction. His work has been compared to Jason Isbell, The Civil Wars, Gillian Welch and John Moreland.
